A Senior Associate with fountain+bönig since 1994, David has worked almost exclusively in the areas of workers compensation and complex insurance litigation since his admission in 1989.

David has had the conduct of complex claims involving workers compensation (with a special expertise in dishonesty and fraud), public liability and professional malpractice claims. He has represented clients in conciliation and mediation in a range of disputes.

David is married with two teenage daughters. David spends much of his spare time engaging in family activities and is a member of various committees at his daughters’ school. He is interested in AFL and other sport and is a member of the Sturt Football Club (his local football team) and follows their progress each year. David also has a keen interest in music.
