About our website

Our website contains a substantial amount of information about many of the specialist areas in which we practice. It is the culmination of many, many hours of work by a dedicated team under the guidance of John Fountain.

We have deliberately designed our website to appeal to a broad range of people. Given the quite technical nature of some of the information it will appeal at one end to sophisticated corporations, such as the clients for which we act, other lawyers and law students; and at the other end some material will appeal to members of the general public and the media. It does not matter whether you are a local, national and international reader, as long as you have an interest in South Australian legal issues arising out of our areas of practice or an interest in some of the broader issues we address in our News & Views section.

We are happy for any of our articles or opinions to be quoted and shared. We do however ask that you follow the primary rule when you do so: please attribute any material that emanates from us to us.

Naturally, any constructive comments are welcome.
